University of Abuja’s 2023/2024 Post-UTME Screening
Are you aspiring to join the prestigious University of Abuja for the 2023/2024 academic year? If you participated in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and selected the University of Abuja as your first choice, we invite you to the Post-UTME Online Screening, which will take place from Monday, 11th September to Friday, 13th October 2023.

1. O-Level Results: Candidates must possess relevant O-Level results obtained in NOT MORE THAN TWO SITTINGS.
2. UTME Score: You need a minimum UTME score of 180 in the 2023 UTME.
3. Choice of University: The University of Abuja should be your first choice, or you should have changed your choice to make it your first preference.
4. Direct Entry (D.E) Candidates: If you’re applying for Direct Entry admission, you must upload both your O’ Level results and Higher qualifications to the University portal and register for the screening exercise.
Now, let’s go through the application process step by step:
Procedure for the 2023/2024 Pre-Admissions Screening:
1. Start by visiting https://portal.uniabuja.edu.ng
2. On the homepage, click on “Click here to apply.“
3. Next, click on the “Undergraduate” link on the left panel.
4. Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click on “Get details.”
5. Fill out the basic information page. Ensure you provide a valid phone number and email address, and then click “Next.”
6. There’s a screening fee of two thousand naira (N2,000), which you must pay.
7. On the payment review page, click on “Generate RRR.” This will take you to the payment page.
8. Enter your credit or debit card (ATM) details and submit the payment.
9. You’ll receive an OTP code on your phone, which you should enter to complete your payment.
10. After successful payment, click on “Main login” on the portal. Use your JAMB registration number and your surname as the password to log in.
11. Once logged in, click on “Login to dashboard” to complete your registration.
12. Don’t forget to print your completed registration form and payment receipt for your records.
One crucial reminder: It’s mandatory for all candidates to upload their O-Level results to the JAMB portal. Failure to do so will result in your disqualification from the admission process.
