The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, is now selling forms for admission into its 2022 pre-degree programme.

This is popularly referred to as PDS, for the 2022/2023 academic session. As such, successful applicants, having completed the PDSP, will have the opportunity of being considered for admission in the 2022/2023 academic session.

Accordingly, the institution has invited applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Pre-degree Science Programme, for the 2022/2023Session.

Furthermore, the school expects each candidate to make two (2) choices out of the undergraduate programme options available at LAUTECH as listed below.

In light of this,the school has divided the programmes into Groups A and B. Accordingly, each candidate is expected to choose only one programme from any of the two groups . However,no candidate should make the two choices from the same group.

Duration of LAUTECH Pre-Degree Programme

Going forward, the programme would run for six (6) calendar months . Afterwards, there will be an intensive and compulsory ICT programme. Then this will run for three (3) months .

This would be immediately after the final examination . During the time successful candidates are awaiting admission into the degree programmes.

LAUTECH Pre-Degree Admission Requirements

Meanwhile, candidate should possess at least SSCE, NECO GCE Ordinary Level or NABTEB .

Furthermore,this must have been gotten in not more than two sittings, with a minimum of credit in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Chemistry. As such, Candidates who do not satisfy the above requirement for admission need not apply.

Also, all intending applicants are to ensure they obtain the 2022 UTME Form . Also, they should ensure they sit for the examination and pass the minimum cut-off mark . This would be determined by the University Senate.

How to Apply for LAUTECH Pre-Degree Admission Form

(1) Firstly, prospective Applicants are to proceed to the Pre-Degree Application Website to make payment of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000:00) only. This is for the Application Form and registration online .The payment would be made using Interswitch enabled Debit Cards (ATM). Afterwards, they would proceed to fill the form.The form is available at https://apply.lautech.edu.ng/.

(2) Next, each prospective candidate should complete and submit the online Application Form carefully. However,Incomplete Application Forms will not be treated.

Note::

Firstly,Each candidate must ensure that he/ she downloads the examination slip bearing his/her passport photograph and print it as an evidence of successful submission of the form.

Afterwards,Successful Applicants are to proceed to the Pre-Degree Science Complex in LAUTECH, Ogbomoso . They should go with their Application print-out and O’level result(s) for screening.

Also, applicants are to note that subsequent examinations during the programme will also be (CBT).

Placement into Degree Programmes:

Certainly, placement into degree programmes will be based on performance at the end of the programme. In addition to, admission requirements and vacancy in the desired degree programme. Also, participation in the ICT Intensive Training is needed
