Here are the steps to get your profile code for JAMB 2023/2034:

  1. Get your National Identification Number (NIN) if you don’t have one already. You can visit any NIMC enrollment center or use the NIMC mobile app to obtain your NIN.
  2. Get a SIM card that is registered in your name and NIN. You will use this SIM card to send an SMS to JAMB and receive your profile code.
  3. Send a text message with the word “NIN” followed by a space and your 11-digit NIN to 55019 or 66019. For example, NIN 12345678901. Make sure you have at least 50 Naira airtime on your SIM card before sending the SMS.
  4. You will receive a confirmation SMS with your 10-digit profile code from JAMB. Save your profile code and keep it safe. You will need it to complete your registration at a JAMB office or an accredited CBT center.
  5. You will also need to pay a non-refundable fee of 4,700 Naira to purchase the JAMB e-pin, which is another requirement for registration.
