Candidates who selected FUOTUOKE as their first choice in the 2024 UTME and scored 140 and above are eligible for the Post-UTME screening. Additionally, Direct Entry (DE) applicants can also apply.

Screening Schedule

Steps to Register
- Visit the FUOTUOKE Admissions Portal.
- Log in using your JAMB Registration Number.
- Fill in the required biodata.
- Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) and make a non-refundable payment of N2,000 via Interswitch Verve or MasterCard.
- Upload the following documents:
- Digital Passport-size photograph
- Copy of 2024 JAMB UTME original result printout
- Copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’ level result
- Copy of LGA identification letter
- Copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Valid WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O-level result checking Scratch Card details
Candidates must provide accurate information during registration to avoid disqualification.
