Key Dates and Registration Process
- Registration Period:
- Begins: July 25th, 2024
- Ends: September 15th, 2024
- During this period, prospective students must complete their registration on the BASUG Admissions Portal
- Screening Schedule Check:
- From September 17th to September 20th, 2024, candidates should check their screening schedule on the BASUG admissions portal.
- Post-UTME Screening:
- Dates: September 22nd to September 26th, 2024
- Mode: Online Computer-Based Test (CBT).
Steps to Register
Follow these steps to register for the BASUG Post-UTME:
- Visit the BASUG Admissions Portal.
- Click on “APPLY FOR PUTME” and sign up by providing the required details to create an account. Ensure you provide an active email and personal phone number.
- Log in using your email address or JAMB registration number as the username and the password you created during signup.
- Select the type of application (2024/2025 PUTME application) and fill in the required details.
- Obtain a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) and make the payment of N2,000 (excluding bank charges) online or at any commercial bank.
- After successful payment, upload a 1″x1″ colored passport photograph with a red background in JPEG format.
- Upload details of your O’Level result(s) obtained at not more than two sittings from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
- Preview, confirm, submit, and print out the completed screening form.
